Walk With a Doc: Nadine Semer, MD
Enjoy fresh air and fresh insight about the importance of advance care planning.
Join Walk With a Doc at 9:00am on Saturday, April 5 at the Badger Hills Trailhead at Fort Ord National Monument (across from Toro Café). Nadine Semer, MD, a palliative care physician, will explain the benefits of planning ahead for healthcare decisions you and your family may face. Following Dr. Semer's presentation, she will lead a two-mile walk over flat ground.

72 Years of Service to the Community
Salinas Valley Health opened its doors to the community on April 20, 1953 and has been serving the residents ever since. Did you know? Volunteers have provided support for Salinas Valley Health since 1952 – one year before the opening of the medical center! Today, a diverse group of 300 volunteers aged 15 to 91 serve in roles, ranging from interaction with patients, community events, assisting with student programs, crafting at home and more.
